SYNOPSIS

Centralised Information Management System (CIMS) is an online one stop center for construction contractors to obtain information on registered contractors and construction personel with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). This system integrates most CIDB operations and transaction processes and facilitates decision making processes. CIMS provided 17 different services.


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

MOHD MAZLAN BIN MOHAMED HASSIM is a competent consultant in Performance Management System, Sales & Marketing and Safety & Health. He was trained and certified by Development Dimensions International (DDI) as a Performance Management System trainer for PETRONAS Group of Companies.
He also attended many trainings conducted by Caterpillar Inc. in Sales, Marketing,Waste Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) for many types of HeavyEquipment.

Mazlan was also trained and received certifications from NIOSH as SHO, Trainerand SICW Trainer. He also attended trainings and received certifications from CIDBas a Trainer and CHSO.

As such, Mazlan was exempted from having to attend “Train The Trainer” trainings by Human Resources Development and was awarded HRD Trainer Certificate No.5154.

Mazlan obtained his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, Texas, United States of America in 1991. He started his working career with Petronas Dagangan Berhad overseeing Gas Distribution System Projects for Klang Valley. He has a Gas Distribution System Consultant Certificate and Gas Contractor Certificate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Mazlan now works in his own company, Max Triumph Solution providing trainings in sales, marketing, performance management, occupational safety and health.
