BIODATA OF SPEAKER

1) Dr Cheng Chin Tiong

Dr. Cheng is a senior lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARMT). He received Ph. D. in Real Estate from UTM in 2018. His research papers were published in several international journals.


2) Ir. Dr Wang Hong Kok

Ir. Dr. Wang spent 31 years in the property development industry before taking up a post as a principal lecturer in TARMT. In May 2023, he was appointed
an Adjunct Associate Professor of UTAR.
