BACKGROUND

CONSIST (Construction and Industrial Safety Training) is a training and services group that focus only in the field of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment. Courses conducted by CONSIST are approved and accredited by the industries and government such as PETRONAS, Shell, ExxonMobil, Talisman, Murphy Oil, Petrofac and others. Among the government agencies that approved courses conducted by CONSIST are Department of Occupational and Health (DOSH), Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), Public Service Department (PSD), Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Fire & Rescue Department, Royal Malaysian Air Force, Marine Department, Construction Industry Development Board and others. Since 1996 CONSIST has trained over 38,000 participants until end of 2011.

CONSIST was established in 1996, from a humble set-up as a Safety Training Centre to an establishment that trained more than 30,000 participants over a period of 12 years. At CONSIST they have developed a range of quality safety and occupational health related courses and services that can be run to meet the industrial requirement.  The company believes in working together with the industry and their approach has assisted their valued customers to move together with the future and to aim the workforce with the required knowledge for the 21st century and beyond. For convenience, CONSIST has established four entities within the group namely CONSIST Training Centre, CONSIST Centre, CONSIST Aviation and CONSIST College for industries and individuals to choose to enhance their knowledge in Safety and Occupational Health related field.
