SYNOPSIS ABOUT THE SIME DARBY BIODIESEL SDN BHD

Sime Darby Biodiesel Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturer of Palm Methyl Ester, semi-finished oleochemical products and its by-products for Malaysia as well as other export markets in East Asia, South Asia, Europe and Middle East. Their products are ISCC and RSPO certified and are used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, detergent, solvent and ink industries.

Sime Darby Biodiesel Sdn. Bhd. produce ISCC Certified Palm Methyl Ester (Biodiesel), RSPO Certified Palm Methyl Ester (Biodiesel), and fractionated Palmitic-Oleic Ester by adding methanol and a catalyst to our palm-based oil. This process also produces crude glycerine as a by-product, which can be sold to various sectors, such as cosmetics industry and pharmaceutical sector.

They manufacture Palm Methyl Ester, semi-finished oleochemical products and its by-products for mainly for local mandate as well as export markets in East Asia, South Asia, Europe and Middle East.
