Speaker Profile
Ir. Anggoro is currently an Electrical Manager in PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk, a leading polyester yarn & fibers manufacturing company in Indonesia. He manages an electrical facility with an installed capacity of 76 MVA, consist of HV, MV and LV installation. He also assumes the position of Energy Manager to manage the energy management and conservation effort in the company.
He is educated in electrical engineering from the University of Indonesia, graduated in 1999. Upon graduation, he stepped into career in electrical engineering in Indonesia’s biggest mining company, PT Kaltim Prima Coal. After that he moved into the pharmaceutical sector with PT Schering Indonesia, then into building management with PT Skyline Building and PT SCKT, then into palm oil processing with PT Agro Indomas, until he finally moved to polyester sector with PT Asia Pacific Fibers TBk in 2012.
Ir. Anggoro is active in several professional organizations. He is the Secretary of IEEE Power and Energy Society Indonesia Chapter and he is also in the Science and Technology Board of Committee of BKE PII (Electrical Engineering Body – Indonesian Institute of Engineers). He is a member of the IABEE (Indonesian Accreditation Board of Engineering Education).During his spare time, he take up the role as visiting lecturer in Universitas Dian Nuswantoro in Semarang – Central Java, Indonesia.
