Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) is a learning centre formed in February 1992 through a smart partnership between the Government and the private sector with an aim of improving the human resource pool in Malaysia. SHRDC offers a wide range of high quality and relevant courses to individuals and organisations looking to raise their own benchmarks. SHRDC not only provide top tier management courses across all industries but also niche trainings and certifications for specific competencies in the areas of Electronics and Electrical, Information and Communications Technology, Microsystems, Plastics Technology and Soft skills / Essential Skills. SHRDC establishes and nurtures key relationships with strategic partners such as blue chip organisations in the manufacturing and technological fields, professional institutions, the global vocational education and training industry, and the necessary Government bodies to offer part-time, full-time and short courses through five business units:

Malaysian Smart Factory 4.0 (MSF4.0) is a programme offer by SHRDC withS the collaboration with Swiss Smart Factory. MSF 4.0 provides hands-on experience, training, technology and talent development for Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory competencies.
NOTE The visit is strictly limited to only thirty (30) participants registered on a first come first pay basis.
