SYNOPSIS

The proposed of new Station and alignment of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Line 2 by the Government of Malaysia and MRT Corp. (MRTC) along Jalan Binjai are inclusive of KLCC Precinct via Lot LMN.  KLCC Holding Sdn Bhd therefore took the opportunity to develop Lot L & M as the Transport-Oriented-Development (TOD) that also as access link for MRT commuters to LRT Line via existing KLCC LRT Station. The development consists of Substructure, Retail Podium, Petronas Gallery and Tower raft. The delivery of the project is scheduled to match with MRTC’s commissioning of the station, with interval milestones for the interfacing works such as the tunnel excavation and track laying activities. Podium Retail completion and Tower Raft is scheduled to complete in time for the completion of MRT KL East Station.
