SYNOPSIS
Artificial Intelligence or A.I. have fascinated humans ever since the start of the information age. AI is the future and is already part of our everyday lives. Deep learning is what driving the AI explosion and how it implicates the development of video analytics in video surveillance cameras.
This talk will highlight the increasing popularity of Deep Learning in Video Surveillance, its use case from several vertical such as safe city, intelligent traffic management, and access control and business intelligence.
The advancement of the deep learning is not without its challenges. This talk will also cover the challenges is posed and the promises of AI in video surveillance.
BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Mr. Tan Lee Cheong holds a BsC in Information Systems Engineering from Campbell University. He has more than 15 years of experience in Information Engineering and Technology. Upon graduating, Tan Lee Cheong has worked with a few organizations including Diversified Gateway Berhad, Philips, Honeywell, NTT MSC and Hikvision.
His field of expertise includes designing and implementing IT network infrastructure, automation and control solution. He is also a preferred advisory for consultancy to end user and provides training to consultant regarding video surveillance system and network infrastructure.
