Additional conditions

1. Above tour prices are based on total number of 20 pax and above.
    The final price will depend on the number of persons who actually pay up,
    and will be subject to changes as follows:
     •  10-14 Pax (No tour leader provided) – RM 4,299/pax
     •  15-19 Pax (1 tour leader provided) – RN 3,999/pax
     •  20-25 Pax (1 tour leader provided) – RM 3,799/pax
2. IEM reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is not enough participants.
3. Single room occupancy supplement: Add extra RM 760/pax.
4. Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
5. Prices quoted above are valid up to 8 Nov 2018.  
6. China Visa application fee of RM120/pax for one entrance will be refunded to
    those who already have successfully applied on their own.
7. Priority is given to IEM members and spouses for registration.
    For non-members (excluding spouses), additional cost of RM200/pax is applied.


PRICE INCLUDES

1. Return air tickets MAS.
2. Accommodation based on single/twin sharing 4-star hotel.
3. Transportation as per itinerary.
4. Meals as per itinerary. RMB50/meal. Muslim meals can be arranged on request.
5. All entrance fees and HSR train ride as per itinerary except where specified.
6. English speaking tour guide.
7. Mineral water on tour.
8. Tips for tour guide and driver.
9. Travel insurance.
10.One entrance China Visa application.


PRICE EXCLUDES

1. Items not mentioned herein such as extra expenses incurred due to disruption of
    travel plan, deportation, refusal entry, sickness, death, riot, act of nature, rumours,
    war, and diseases.
2. All personal incidentals such as room services, laundry, excess baggage charges,
    beverage and telephone.
