SYNOPSIS

Using BIM gives meaning to that vast amount of information available to urban citizens, design professional and decision makers. The advanced model-based methodologies provide the ability to analyze complex information. This helps to optimize design and aid individuals, firms and cities to meet their intended goals.

In order to have resilient and sustainable infrastructure that protects the environment, enables people to thrive, and creates economic value infrastructure owners and AEC firms must change the way they work.

BIM, big data, cloud computing, and analytics are changing how infrastructure is planned, designed, build, and managed. Technology will better connect people, processes and ideas to create more resilient and sustainable infrastructure.

Attend this session from Autodesk to understand why change in the implementation of BIM should happen now and how the next generation tools help to do better infrastructure design and building design. By digitizing construction site will help to bridge the gap between the design and construction sites.
