Criteria for TT Chiam Scholarship

The Conditions to be fulfilled by applicants for TT Chiam Scholarship of RM8,000 per annum are as follows:

• Open to all Malaysian Citizens.
• He/She is following a course of study in an approved local university or other approved local centers of higher learning or is eligible to enter such local university or local centers of higher learning.
• He/She is following or will enrol in Civil Engineering course, accredited by the BEM & IEM.
• Only Parent’s income to be below RM6,000 considered.
• He/She is not holding another scholarship except PTPTN.
• Have been actively involved in extra-curriculum activities during previous study at school or other institute.

Payment is made yearly and on condition that the recipients submit the result slips. 

Terms: 

• Generally the student must need the financing 
• Academic results are second to this. 
• Only parents’ combined income below RM6000 to be considered.
