IEM Scholarships 2026 - Tan Sri Ir. Prof Chin Fung Kee Memorial Scholarship
Criteria for Tan Sri Ir. Prof Chin Fung Kee Memorial Scholarship : The Conditions to be fulfilled by applicants for Tan Sri Datuk Ir. Prof Chin Fung Kee Scholarship of RM6,000 per annum are as follows: - Open to all Malaysia Citizens.
- He/She is enrolled in a full-time undergraduate Engineering degree programme in local IPTA and IPTS.
- He/She is following or will enroll for a course of study in any branch of the engineering professions accredited by the BEM & IEM.
- He/She is not holding another scholarship except PTPTN.
- STPM holders who achieved five principles and obtained more than 70 units or equivalent.
- Have been actively involved in extra-curriculum activities during previous study at school or other institute.
Payment is made yearly and on condition that the recipients submit the result slips.
Terms:
- Generally the student must need the financing
- Academic results are second to this.
- Only parents’ combined income below RM6000 to be considered.
- Closing Date Application: 15 July 2026 Extended
to 24 July 2026
