BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Tc Norazizah Abdul Rahman

Norazizah Abdul Rahman is a manufacturing and engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments, specializing in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, and process optimization. Her expertise includes Lean methodologies, DMAIC, Kaizen, TPM, SPC, FMEA, 8D problem-solving, cost reduction, yield improvement, OEE enhancement, and cycle time optimization.

Since 2011, she has built extensive experience in solar cell manufacturing, supporting advanced technologies such as IBC, NGT, and PERC, with a focus on process optimization, yield enhancement, and high-volume production. Her career has progressed through various technical and leadership roles, including Lean Engineer, Product Development Officer, Continuous Improvement Lead, Production Supervisor, and currently Senior Lean Six Sigma Engineer. She has also gained valuable experience in PCB manufacturing and Augmented Reality (AR) production, strengthening her cross-industry expertise. A certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and Training Within Industry (TWI) Coach, she is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Norazizah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UTM(2020) and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from UPM (2022). She is also certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and QMS systems, and remains committed to lifelong learning and engineering excellence. In addition, she has actively participated in technical research, professional development programs, and industry training initiatives related to manufacturing excellence, quality improvement, and engineering innovation. Her experience includes facilitating continuous improvement projects, supporting operational transformation activities, and applying data-driven approaches to enhance productivity and business performance. She is dedicated to sharing practical industry knowledge and helping organizations develop sustainable improvement cultures through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
