The Philippine Technological Council (PTC) is delighted to host the 43rd Conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO 43), scheduled to take place from 28 to 30 October 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Clark in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.

This year’s conference will revolve around the theme, “ASEAN Engineers: Beacons of Prosperity, Inclusivity, Equity, Resilience, and Sustainability.” CAFEO 43 will focus on four key thematic areas:

1. Education and Capacity Building
2. Water and Sanitation
3. Green Energy and Net Zero
4. Sustainable and Intelligent Cities

PTC has invited AFEO Member Organizations to nominate one speaker for each thematic area, allowing a total of four nominated speakers per country.

The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) is now seeking speakers to participate. Interested IEM Members are encouraged to submit their details using the link below:

IEM Sponsorship

1. IEM sponsorship will be given to FOUR selected speakers to present paper at CAFEO 43.
2. The sponsorship includes airfare, accommodation (twin sharing basis) and CAFEO registration fee.
3. Incidental expenses, meals outside the conference and local transfers will not be part of this sponsorship.
