The meetings at Trove Hotel Johor Bahru will all be held at Level 8 and breakup rooms will be used for the different meetings. The rooms' details would be provided at a later date closer to the day of the event. Please proceed to send us the list of registration and participants, so that we can make the necessary arrangement for the room reservation. For the midterm meetings and YEAFEO/WEAFEO program, there are no registration fees. However, entrance fees may be applied during visits to the place of interest.

Home Secretariat of member organization can contact the AFEO Secretariat for the group registration form and hotel reservation, as well as the payment requirement to the hotel for the rooms which is to provide a credit card to hold the room reservation.

ACCOMMODATION
We recommend the delegate to stay at the Trove Johor Bahru (meeting venue) with special discounts. AFEO Secretariat will help to book and reserve the rooms for group delegates from Member organisations. Room booking at other hotels will be self-arranged.

IEM (SOUTHERN BRANCH) ANNUAL DINNER
2022 Annual Dinner & Awards Night of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (Southern Branch) will be held as follows:

       Date: 27th August 2022, Saturday
       Time: 7.30 p.m.
       Venue: Level 10, Grand Columbus Ballroom, TROVE Johor Bahru.

NOTE : Registered AFEO Representatives will be invited for the Closing / Farewell Dinner

•  Currency exchange: USD$1 = MYR4.40 approximately in June 2022. (subject to currency rate)
•  Money changers are available at the airport and also within the vicinity of hotel and in JB town.

GOLF
There will be a friendly golf game at Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort, Johor Bahru on 25 August 2022 (Thursday) from 7.30 am to 1:30 pm. Green fees for this day will be waived.

Please register with AFEO Secretariat if interested to get the below package. The total charge for the golf game on 25 August 2022 is MYR 58.00 excluding the Caddie fee. All payments be made directly to the golf club.

Transportation arrangements to the golf club will not be provided. (30 minutes drive from Meeting Venue)
