Dear IEM Members, 

It is my great pleasure to inform you that Council of IEM has approved the formation of a new Technical Division that focuses on activities related to Material Engineering. It is an interdisciplinary Technical Division that serve all members nationwide who are interested in Material Engineering.  

As a Protem Chairman, I welcome all members of IEM to join the Technical Division to promote and advance the science and profession of Material Engineering. Members of IEM who are interested to contribute towards these objectives are invited to register with the Technical Division. The membership requirements are listed below: 

Membership Requirements:
1. The applicant must be an active member of IEM from any Grades and from any engineering disciplines. 
2. No extra membership fees shall be payable upon registration with the Technical Division.
