In 2021, the MCO and FMCO have led us miserable, we are not going out, it is really hard for us to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
Fret not, The Institution of Engineers Malaysia Young Engineers Section got your back! This is made specially for you, Engineer, the backbone of our nation-building, we know we need to stay healthy and alert despite working from home.
