IEM Panel of Arbitrators Recruitment
IEM is currently recruiting a new batch of Arbitrators into the IEM panel of Arbitrators.
The qualifications are as follows: - has been a Corporate Member of IEM for at least 10 years; and
- is legally trained with experience in arbitration - possesses a law degree and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK ; and
- has at least 10 years’ working experience in construction, either as a consultant or as contractor.
Alternatively; - has been a Corporate member of IEM for at least 10 years; and
- is currently empanelled as an arbitrator in Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC); and
- has at least 10 years’ working experience in construction, either as a consultant or as contractor.
