Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and analysis of various structural framing & components with reinforced concrete and steel structure for low-rise and high-rise projects.
- Provided structural design and drafting support to the senior/lead engineers, throughout the project phases, in detailed design and drawing generation.
- Notified the senior/lead engineers about the project of any difficulties encountered in the design that may adversely impact safety, reliability and schedule of the project deliverables.
- Liaised with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of structural.
- Co-ordinated and followed-up on projects to ensure they are completed on time and without cost overrun.
- Communicated proactively with the project team and client to provide clear and concise information of the project, identify problems and suggest/implement solutions.
- Responsible for attending tender/bid meetings, proposal, estimate/take off, design work, contract documents and project kick-off.

- Performed structural stability calculations and sketched support drawings prior to construction.
- Liaised with architects and mechanical & electrical engineers to ensure proper materials and layouts were being implemented to achieve safety, functionality, efficiency and beauty.
- Conducted on-site observations and witness the construction in progress.
