SYNOPSIS

The speaker will talk on the process of railways development in Malaysia from the planning stage until recommendation to the Minister. Focus area on the Final Careful Inspection (Pemeriksaan Cermat Akhir) a vital component under the Section 103, Land Public Transport Act, where Appointed Person - engineers from Rail Division in Land Public Transport Agency, Malaysia will conduct a detail check on the installation, rolling stock and other associated components as stated by the definition of railways in the act from the aspect of completion, integration and functionality. The Ultimate goal for this activity is to ensure that the railway can be open, safe, reliable and beneficial to all.


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ezri Ezani bin Abu is a "Electrical & Electronics (EE) Professional Technologist and experienced personnel with a proven demonstrated history of working in the industry. Mainly in the railway sector, starting from Maintenance, Operation until regulatory role. Skilled in Engineering, Project Management, Regulatory, Negotiation, Management, Operation & Maintenance.

Current role overseeing the railway project implementation from the planning until recommendation for the opening. Appointed as a select committee in negotiation and technical strategy for project implementation for local and international projects. In order to contribute to the development of the young engineer, actively involved as an adjunct lecturer focusing on the industrial application in electrical and electronics engineering and also the sharing of the development of the nation for railway industries.
