SYNOPSIS
In this webinar, we will explore the key contemporary issues related to our ecological footprint. We will discuss the why this issues are important to us and how can we improve our values to the nature. The discussion will focus on climate change and serveral key environment sustainability issues, such as forest, water, food and waste. We hope the webinar will provide awareness and knowledge to the current and next generation in preserving the liveability of our planet, EARTH
BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Hong Tat obtained his Master of Science (Process Engineering) 2010 and Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) 2008 from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is a Principal Consultant in ERM with more than 10 years of experience in providing excellence service in safety, risk, sustainability and climate change to diverse sector. He has worked with some of the world’s largest organisations in addressing their most challenging EHS and Sustainability matter. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14064 which is an international standard for GHG emissions inventories and verification. He has been involved in more than 50 projects related to carbon footprinting, GHG emission calculation and validation; mainly in renewable energy, oil & gas and power sector. He heavily involved in capacity building of the team regionally in the area of Greenhouse Gas/ Carbon Footprinting, ISO 14064, Climate related strategy advisory and Sustainability services.
