SYNOPSIS
MIZUMI RESIDENCES is a leasehold condominium located at Taman Metropolitan Kepong, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Mizumi Residences lies on a 6-acre area of leasehold land with a view of Kepong’s 220-acre Metropolitan Lake and is made up of three blocks of 42-storey high building complex that house a total of 1512 units. These towers of residence are set a short distance from Jalan Kepong, which is connected to MRR2. Towers 1 and 2 consist of 460 units each while Tower 3 contains 592 units – with a range of 3+1 bedrooms and 3 bedroom apartments. Every unit has built-ups of ranging from 901 sq ft and 1,027 sq ft.
