It’s that time of the year again! Conference of the ASEAN
Federation of Engineering Organisations (CAFEO) opens its doors for yet another
dynamic fellowship. This year, Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (PII) is honoured
to host the CAFEO37 in Indonesia.
CAFEO 37 will be centered on its main theme “The Beacon for
Sustainable Development”, coupled with related topics as such:
- Transportation and Logistic
- Information and Telecommunication
- Education & Capacity Building
- Sustainable Cities
- Power, Electrical and Renewable Energy
We are pleased to invite you to
submit an abstract on the above-mentioned topics. Short abstracts (max one
page) and CV of interested speakers (not more than 200 words) using Times New
Roman font 11 and a recent photo are required by 30 April 2019 and can be emailed to aer@iem.org.my

Authors can opt to submit paper
directly to CAFEO 37 Organiser, PII or IEM. Authors who do not require
financial support, can submit the paper directly to PII at sekretariatpii@gmail.com
or sekretariatpiipusat@gmail.com
IEM offers sponsorship
from the IEM Education Fund with the following conditions: - Paper has not been published prior to the conference
- Paper is clear, concise and written in English.
- Accepted paper will be notified via email.
- IEM sponsorship will covers returned air ticket to Jakarta, Indonesia,
shared accommodation with meals as provided by CAFEO 37 and registration fee.
Claims besides the above-mentioned items will not be entertained.
- IEM sponsorship will be awarded to five (5) chosen papers
- Please send in an email to request for the sponsorship of the
paper to aer@iem.org.my
Conference Overview Held over two days, the
conferences will comprise of keynotes, case study presentations and panel
discussions with Q&A. The presentations will focus on lessons, challenges
and opportunities in these fields. Information and insights will be
drawn primarily from local and international case studies with a focus on
practical solutions.
