The registration fee for non AFEO/FEIAP Members would be USD200.00 which will include session, tea breaks, lunches and Welcome Reception. The registration fee for Accompanying Person would be USD100 the registration fee for AFEO/FEIAP delegates is at USD100.00 per person and for YEAFEO/FEIAP delegates registration fee would be USD60.00 per person. Non YEAFEO/FEIAP will have to pay USD80.00.

Note : * Full Paper must be submitted before 1 September 2016 to be entitled for FREE registration. After this date, authors will be charged USD100.00.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Papers  will  be  accepted on the understanding that they have not been previously published and they will not be published elsewhere prior to the Conference. Intending authors should complete the Preliminary Registration Form and submit together with full paper to  reach the  IEM  Secretariat by 10 July 2016. Papers should be clear, concise and written in English. Please use MS Word format. Submission of paper must be accompanied by CV and photo of author. Please also include author’s biodata/cv of not more than 200 words. Authors will be notified via email on acknowledgement of receipt of full paper. All submission is via email.

The final acceptance of a paper will only be made after a review of the completed manuscript. Acceptance of papers is conditional upon at least one author attending the Conference. Notification will be by 30 August 2016 so that the author will be given free registration. After the deadline, author will be charged.

Authors who are seeking sponsorship from IEM MUST send submission by email to IEM Secretariat at aer@iem.org.my for IEM’s selection. Submissions send directly to the CAFEO 34 organisers and accepted for presentation but not forwarded to IEM for selection will not be considered for sponsorship by IEM.

Papers under sponsorship of IEM will be send to the Organisers through the IEM Secretariat. 

IEM will continue to sponsor 5 authors for paper presentation.

Sponsorship condition is

• One return airfare from KL/Manila/Palawan,
• Twin sharing accommodation at hotel choice of IEM,
• Registration and meals as specified by the conference.
