In this "fast track", "get-rich-quick", "smarter and smarter phone" age, also known as "Exponential Age" the demand for "high impact" everything,  especially "high impact communication" and " high impact action / behaviour" is getting more and more. If not handled at its roots, can cost an individual's and/or organisational's image through lagging in performance. For the engineers, it may affect the image of the engineering fraternity and making "Engineering NOT SO COOL" and no more "Engineering is COOL!"

NLP, Neuro - Linguistic Programming, is a cutting edge personal and organisational development technology to meet those challenges.
The half day seminar is for you to get first hand information on applications of NLP so you can decide to learn more and master this important knowledge to apply personally or organisation wise to achieve what you want.

The main objective of the seminar is to introduce the applications of NLP (tools) for:
 actualising personal and organisational goals. E.g. To be a practising professional engineer soonest possible. To achieve organisations target, more projects secured.
 resolving present personal and organisational issues / challenges. E.g. Settle issues such as delay in producing deliverables (design and drawings) or project completion or even debt (personal or organisational) using NLP coaching or therapy through NLP patterns.
 changing behaviour / attitude to attain personal and organisational excellence. Eg. Lack of communication skills, difficult to close deals and approach boss for promotion. Improve limiting system in the organisation.
 changing mindset and think positive. E.g. Working in better engineering environments, less blames and willing to take more challenges/responsibilities
 discovering hidden information not thought of (blind spots) in order to achieve one's or organisational's goals. E.g. Come up with new design ideas. Completing design and production of deliverables much faster

Specialising in coaching using the Psychology of Meaning of the art and science of Neuro-Semantics (NS) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

His passion in managing and leading people and completing tasks, building roads and buildings, rehabilitating failed slopes, engineering stable foundations (sub-structures) for super-structures, continues on. He loves building excellent human beings, “reengineering” human behaviour, and “designing” solid foundation for excellent life for any one (including the already “failed” ones), and any organisation (including families, groups, communities, etc). Individually this is so they can contribute to themselves, and finally all can contribute to a better world that people want to belong.

In 2015 became part of MBNLP Professionals, Malaysian Board of NLP Professionals, as the passion for actively promoting “Human Potential Movement II” became more and more. Became involved with giving talks on the subject and also benchmarking participants for courses run by MBNLP. An Engineer since 1978 with several organisations including LKNP (Pahang State SEDC), JKR, PLUS Bhd, Harum Engineering Sdn Bhd, HCM Engineering, R&A Geotechnics Sdn Bhd, as Design Engineer, Building and Special Projects Engineer, District Engineer, Building Projects Engineer, Construction Manager, Manager Office of Chief Executive (Concession Monitoring and Bumiputra Participation), Maintenance Management Manager, Special Assistant (Civil Engineering) to Chairman, Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Directorship in several engineering consultant company and contracting company. Other exposures and experiences include a brief period in the equity and capital market as a Remisier with a Stock and Share Broking firm and also involvement with a network marketing company.
