SYNOPSIS

This is a comprehensive primer course and an integrated introduction-to-intermediate level modelling and analysis capabilities coverage to the commercial FE package ABAQUS, specifically tailored for academic institution students and researchers, to give them a solid foundation in FE modelling and analyses with the commercial package Abaqus

BIODATA OF THE SPEAKER

Mr Ramesh Ramasamy
Ramesh has over 20 years of engineering analysis experience ranging from Aerospace, Defense, Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. He has been involved in several large projects worldwide, and has contributed to several journal and conference publications in this area. He is a P.Eng with BEM and C.Eng with UK Engineering Council, with a Fellow status with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

He has a BE(Hons)  in Aerospace Engineering from UNSW ( Australia), and a MEngSc (Collapse & Buckle Propagations) from UM (M'sia). Currently he is leading the analysis and structural integrity teams with Azakti worldwide offices.
