Synopsis

In the building industry, BIM’s aim at productivity improvement has spread widely, and in recent years attention to BIM is rapidly increasing.

It’s becoming a norm that all information of the structure are stored and integrated in 3D data model that is then used throughout in every construction phase. With the data being managed in a single form, BIM aims to create a high efficiency in construction cost and management.

CADEWA REAL improves IFC data input/output, strengthens three-dimensional expressiveness, shares the user for attribute information, and enables users to perform construction and maintenance in order to enable delivery of a wide range of information with other BIM platforms.

CADEWA REAL is certified under “Equipment IFC data usage standard version 1.3” by building SMART Japan, accurately capturing building material information. With CADEWA REAL’s Open BIM support, interoperability with other commonly used BIM solutions are optimized.

The speakers will walk through a typical MEP design using MEP software called CADEWA.


Biodata

1. Mr. Okabe Noriaki

Mr. Okabe Noriaki graduated from Hokkai Gakuen University (Hokkaido, Japan) in Business Administration under Faculty of Economics in 1989. He is currently the management head of CAD Solution Department at Fujitsu Limited and had held the position for over 10 years.

2. Mr. Tran Tuan Linh

Mr. Tran Tuan Linh graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Oita, Japan) in Accounting and Finance in 2016. He is currently in charge of Development and Sales for “MEP CAD – CADEWA Real”.
