SYNOPSIS

The Heineken brewery tour will introduce the participants to the processes involved in the making of the world renowned product. It will provide a background on the product history and take the participants though the brewery factory floor while explaining the various complex and tedious processes involved in the making of the product. It has been noted that the production floor has one of the most reliable and efficient automated equipment and machinery in Malaysia for this product range. It is hoped that a deeper insight will be provided into the quality control and quality assurances that are in place, to facilitate the production of a world class product such as this. The production of such a product in Malaysia, under the current challenging economic and regulatory requirements, will also be delved into for a better and holistic understanding of the product development in Malaysia.
