SYNOPSIS

Such news is nothing new. The DESIGN of toilet is the most important aspects if we are to eliminate smelly toilets which we encountered often. The design must include the appropriate types of sanitary fittings to ensure that the water seal is maintained at all times. The installed fittings can be replaced with ease in the event that it is failed to function AND spare parts or components are readily available. Finally the sanitary fittings must be able to be accessible in order that cleaning be carried out EASILY and CONVENIENTLY!
Malaysian standards available on the design are as follows:

•MS1402 Code of Practice for Sanitary Systems in Building Part1-Design emphasis on HOW on Exclusion of Foul Air inside the building.
•MS2015: Part 1:2006 – Public Toilets – Part 1: Minimum Design Criteria
