1.    Opening Address by the Protem Chairman.

2.    Confirmation of Minutes of the Meeting to form the Protem Committee held on 27 May 2011

3.    Matters Arising.

        3.1   Approval on Rules of the Technical Division
        3.2   Approval to renaming of the Technical Division to “ Marine  Engineering and Naval Architecture”      

4.    To receive and adopt the Protem Secretary’s Report for the year 2011.

5.    To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 31st December 2011.

6.    Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2012/2013.

7.    Address by the Chairman for Session 2012/2013.

8.    Any Other Business (AOB).
