SYNOPSIS

Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ (NLP) will provide Engineers with skills that could help them in Solving Problems and Analyzing ethical work conduct and integrity of contract works rendered. NLP is a tool that can help Engineers as leaders, to manage their workforce efficiently. NLP enhances the cognitive nature of human mental processing. NLP provides the avenue for people to "run their own brains" in new, creative, and productive way. It enhances the cognitive model by extending its analysis of "thoughts" to include the five sensory (Visual; Auditory; Kinesthetic; Olfactory/smells ; Gustatory/tastes) modalities of awareness. Bringing NLP into the matrix of our mind will empower us with a new energy to take charge and manage our "state" and be in control of our physiological function.


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ir. Hjh. Khalidah Haron has 32 years of working experience, which includes Senior Trainer & Senior Manager (TNB-ILSAS-UNITEN), Head of HRD TNB Distribution; A Project Leader and Consultant with RENOIR Consulting for TNB in change & transformation initiatives; Head of Business Development and Training Research & Development TNB-ILSAS; General Manager of ILSAS; Managing Director and the Executive Board of Director the New ILSAS and a Strategic Business Unit of TNB. Ir. Hjh. Khalidah holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Brighton U.K; Master Science in Human Resource from UPM; A Certified Training Practitioner-Certified in Training and Development (Institute Training Development, ITD-UK). She is a registered Professional Engineer with BEM; an associate member of IEM; Certified Problem Solving Decision Making Trainer (KT-USA); A certified NLP-NS Practitioner (Meta-NLP) and a certified Meta Coach by International Society of Neuro-Semantics, USA.
