Synopsis

AM SGB Sdn Bhd was locally incorporated in 1994 and commenced its production in Nilai early 1996. Starkstrom Gerätebau GmbH (SGB) Group of Companies are partnering AM SGB in all technical aspects, starting from design, production and manufacturing to quality control and assurance. Until end of 2009 more than 15,000 transformers according to highest quality standards had been produced and shipped to satisfied customers all around the world. SGB Group of Companies is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of distribution, power and cast resin transformers with more than 60 years of experience in manufacturing high-quality transformers. AM SGB’s factory is located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and fitted with a state of the art line of production which is manned by competent personnel. The manufacturing range of AM SGB consist of:

• Oil distribution transformers up to 5,000 kVA
• Cast resin transformers up to 3,500 kVA
• Power transformers up to 31.5 MVA
