Synopsis

Writing is a personal symbol with a rhythm and form level which is individualistic. It is in accordance with all other means of expression of personality, movements and speech. It is ruled by our brain and is often referred to as “brain writing”. As no two people can be identical, different people have different writing and different personality type.  Handwriting is more specific and is frozen in the time when we pen down onto the piece of paper.

It is well accepted that communication is important in leadership, upper level management and cooperation.This 1-days intensive program, specially designed for engineers and technical personnel, will equip you with the essential handwriting analysis skill that will provide you with an additional tool to understand the people around you and how you can better communicate with them.  It will provide you some insights into identifying traits to look out for in leaders that will help you in selection of team members in your project.  There will also be ample working exercises, examples, case studies and group discussions that will bring you to the journey of self-discovery as well as to unveil what is written between the lines and acquire this confident asset to communicate effectively with the people around you.  Besides that, this additional skill will help you in your recruitment and selection of team leaders and members, particularly those who work largely in technical and management disciplines.

Biodata of Speaker

Tay Eue Kam obtained her MBA in year 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree majoring in Mathematics from University Sains Malaysia, Penang in 1990.  In 1991 she began her career in Seagate Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., Penang as a Quality Systems Engineer, and in Hewlett Packard (M) Sdn. Bhd as the Marketing Development Manager in 1998.  She then progressed as a General Manager for Sarawak Information System Sdn. Bhd. (SAINS) based in the company’s subsidiary office in Brunei Darussalam in 2006.

In 2012 Ms. Tay changed her career direction and is mentored by Handwriting and Forensic Document Examiner Mr. William Pang of HFDE Services Singapore, a well-known expert who has provided services in document examination to lawyers and the private sector and in Family, Labour, Syariah, Subordinate and the High courts in Singapore, and Malaysia, Brunei, Mauritius, South Africa and Hong Kong.  

She has also completed the course by Sheila Lowe and Associates, the President of American Handwriting Analysis Foundation (AHAF), in the Self Study Program in Handwriting Analysis in 2013.  In May 2014, she graduated as a Certified Handwriting Analyst from the University of Handwriting International, USA.

Currently, she is taking the Forensic Document Examination Course under the tutelage of Reed Hayes of Reed Write Handwriting Expert, Hawaii, USA. Mr. Reed Hayes is a Certified Handwriting Analyst and Forensic Document Examiner, providing questioned document expertise to legal and law enforcement communities, corporations, financial institutions and private individual in Hawaii. As a member of Scientific Association of Forensic Examiner (SAFE), Ms Tay is also undergoing the program by Ms. Katherine Koppenhaver, of Forensic Document Examiners Inc, a Board Certified Document Examiner and the founder of SAFE, in preparation to get her professional certification by SAFE and NADE (National Association Document Examiners). She is also a member of American Handwriting Analysis Foundation (AHAF) and Handwriting University International, USA.
