Synopsis

This 1-day course, filled with activities, introduce participants on the application of leadership principles that motivates to improve success at the workplace. Participants will get the opportunity to understand what it takes to become leader that others look up to, and at the same time show behavior that is congruent with that of a capable and effective leader.

One of the most important leadership characteristic is the ability to motivate others around you. Good leaders generate conditions and situations so their followers are eager, enthusiastic and energized. This is the essence of good leadership as it allows business operations to improve performance and develop in a positive manner.
Course participants will also get to understand how to apply effective methods to enhance motivation among employees in the organization.
