SYNOPSIS
The two most common tools that are used in debugging embedded electronic circuits are oscilloscope and a logic analyzer. The flexibility and fundamental visibility make these instruments indispensable for engineers and technician. Oscilloscopes are first line of equipment that most engineers and technician use in debugging. Modern oscilloscope covers a lot of functions that even a logic analyzerable to do. While, Logic analyzer being one of the most least understood instrument in debugging embedded system are still required to debug and often considered the last miles tools. The talk aims to provide new improvement in oscilloscope technology and covers how a logic analyzer is typically used in debugging embedded systems.
