SYNOPSIS

TenAsia was established on Sept 15th 2005, initially executing projects in industrial automation and have grown its specialist into advance composite manufacturing based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia. This knowledge has led to the development of advance high performance light weight composite materials.

TenAsia has patented a lightest oil palm fruit harvesting pole, the PalmPro™ made using advance carbon fiber composite material. With PalmPro™, the oil palm plantation can harvest tall palms above 9 m until 18 m at ease. It helps in 100% crop recovery for unharvested tall palms and brings FFB yield improvement to over 15 - 30% for tall palms area. Its graphite pole is very light and has high stiffness. This allows the harvesters to work for longer hours and reduce tireness. The poles are easily maintained upright and shifted from tree to tree. The lowering of the poles is easy for hold-on due to its light weight. The poles surface is also non-slip when wet.

TenAsia’s growth strategies will extend into a variety of other gadgets, e.g. window cleaning poles, robotic arm,  beams reinforcement, composite rebar, oil drilling rod, power transmission cables, wind turbine blades and beyond. TenAsia is also in the development of non-conductive electrically harvesting poles with aims of minimizing high tension power cables injury risks.
