SYNOPSIS
The engagement session will update the stakeholders of the electricity supply industry about the recent updates in TNB Electricity Supply Application Handbooks (ESAH 3.1) and some of the new initiatives in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Supply Connection with focus on World Bank Getting Electricity in Kuala Lumpur and TenagaXpress in Bangi and Shah Alam.
Besides that, the session will also cover the details of the TNB online supply application portal, myTNB Portal on the new outlook and new features that give benefits to the users, i.e. customers, contractors, consultants and developers.
The session will be concluded with a Question & Answer (Q&A) session which provide a platform for participants to discuss about the challenges faced in the electricity supply application with the TNB.
