ABOUT THE SEMINAR

Shopping malls in Malaysia today continue to grow and the industry is increasingly more competitive with more and more malls being built. The success of shopping malls lies in an optimum balance of soft skills (management) and hardware (building structures and equipment).  Our Seminar will explore what it takes to manage shopping malls well from the perspective of engineering skills i.e. to engineer and re-engineer both new and old malls. Topics of interest include the Internet of Things (IoT), Building Information Modelling (BIM), challenges of the perfect ACMV systems, considerations for stratified shopping malls and fit-out design aspects. Join our well experienced speakers from the field of hands-on practitioners and consultants who will enlighten participants on the complexities of mall management.
