SYNOPSIS

KLCC Projeks Sdn Bhd (KLCCP) received the ISO 37001:2016 Anti – Bribery Management System (ABMS) certificate in January 2019.

The ISO 37001:2016 was designed to help an organization to establish, implement, maintain and improve anti-bribery compliance program or management system through series of measures and controls that represent global anti-corruption good practice. Therefore, it benefits in reducing bribery risk by demonstrating a culture on integrity, transparency, openness compliance.

In support of the above, KLCCP has established an anti-bribery framework objectively:-
• To address risk and opportunities to reduce or prevent undesired effects relevant to the anti-bribery objectives
• To monitor the effectiveness of the ABMS
• To achieve continual improvement of the ABMS

and this framework has been embedded into Policies & Procedures, System & Processes and People & Culture.

Furthermore, KLCCP is proudly to promote the adequate procedures of guiding principles as follows:-

SPEAKER BIODATA

En. Mohd Khairi Ibrahim, Head of Department, Business System & Performance Monitoring Department, had joined KLCC since 1992 and had more than 25 years’ working experience. He is graduated in Bachelor Science Electrical Engineering from Indiana U - Purdue U, Indianapolis, USA in 1991. He was part of the pioneer team for the development of the PETRONAS Twin Towers and the new Government Precinct, Putrajaya. He has extensive experience in design management and project management of building systems. He has also been involved in business planning & business development and project management capability development. His Department is in charge of the company's management systems i.e. ISO9001 and ISO37001. He was part of the team who had spearheaded the establishment and attainment of the MS ISO 37001 certification from SIRIM for the Company. Recently, he had completed the Certified Integrity Officer training organized by Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA)
