SYNOPSIS
Innovation is an important skill much needed in the new economy. With competition becoming increasingly intense, innovation is no longer a “nice-to-have” skill but a “must-have”. There is a way to learn INNOVATION in a systematic approach. The approach is called TRIZ or Theory of Inventive Problem Solving. TRIZ is a Russian methodology discovered about 66 years ago but has remained a well-kept secret. This open-secret has finally reached you through this workshop.
Did you know any innovation tools that create the biggest impact in engineering and technology market? TRIZ is recognized as one of the powerful methods for innovation. It is embraced by many corporations namely 3M, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Boeing Corporation, Daimler Chrysler, Dow Chemical, Ford, GM, HP, Hitachi, IBM, Intel, NASA, Samsung, HUAWEI, Siemens, Hyundai, KIA, Toyota, UNISYS and Xerox amongst.
Invest yourself with this proven innovation tools that empowered you by adding value to your engineering and technology senses.
OBJECTIVE
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the concepts of innovation called TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 2. Transform your engineering and technological senses using powerful TRIZ tools called ‘Function analysis’ 3. Apply the concept of TRIZ tools through real case simulation, such as CECA, 39 engineering parameters, 40 inventive principles, etc.
AIM
The aim of the workshops is to help participants understand the potential value of TRIZ innovation concept to accelerate innovation initiative and solving engineering/ technical challenges effectively, faster better and cheaper.
