Additional conditions    
1. Above tour prices are based on total number of 20 pax and above. The final price will depend on the number of persons who actually pay up, and will be subject to changes.
2. IEM reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is not enough participants.
3. Single room occupancy supplement: Add extra RM600/pax.
4. Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
5. Prices quoted above are subject to change.
6. China Visa application fee of RM100/pax for one entrance will be refunded to those who already have successfully applied on their own.
7. Priority is given to IEM members and family. Maximum only 2 members from same family can enjoy IEM member rate. For non-members, additional cost of RM300/pax is applied.

PRICE INCLUDES

1. Return air ticket from: Kuala Lumpur – Guangzhou – Hong Kong - Kuala Lumpur
    by Malaysia Airlines. All passengers have to depart and return same date and
    any deviation, may incur additional charges.
2. Accommodation based on single/twin sharing 4-star hotel.
3. Round trip baggage allowance, standard seat arrangement and meals on board.
    Maximum 20 kg.
4. Transportation, tour & Halal meals as per proposed itinerary.
5. Mineral water on tour.
6. Include all entrance fees and HSR train ride as per itinerary
7. Tipping for guide and coach captain.
8. IEM will arrange technical visit to Huawei Group HQ in Shenzhen.
9. IEM will arrange technical visit to CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP Power) in Hong Kong.
10. Compulsory 2 shopping stops: Jade Shop / Chinese Herbal
11. English speaking guide
12. China Visa for single entry. Refund RM100 for those who already have visa
13. Travel Insurance – (To deduct RM46.00 if you have your own travel insurance).
14. Tour Managers.


PRICE EXCLUDES

1. All personal expenses such as room service, laundry, telex, facsimile, telephone etc.
2. Any optional tours which are not specified in the itinerary.
3. Baggage allowance is limited, subject to additional changes for any extra weight.
