SYNOPSIS
Topic 1: IT Service Delivery 2.0
In order for IT organizations to survive and thrive in today’s world and into the future, they need to focus on evolving their organization and its processes to support new requirements, while still delivering on the old ones. To help companies assess their IT management maturity and roadmap, we can refer to the Mid-sized Enterprise Maturity Model, which offers documented and well-understood value to the business and actively participates in business strategy creation and execution.
Topic 2: Technology in the Modern Construction Workspace
In today’s challenging era, businesses have to be more productive than ever, to stay competitive. It is of utmost importance for business leaders and managers to find ways to better empower employees, and remove barriers that stand in the way of effective collaboration. Gaps can be minimized by adopting new technology that promotes communication and collaboration between employees, and companies will be able to reap benefits by digitally transforming their companies ’operations.
