Synopsis
Shared space is an urban design and traffic engineering concept that integrates pedestrians, vehicles and other road users through the removal of traditional street elements such as signs, traffic lights, pedestrian barriers, road markings and kerbs. Pedestrianisation are normally known as “to restrict vehicle access to a street or area for exclusive use of pedestrians”. In this sharing session, we shall talk on basic principle and the concept of the shared space and pedestrianisation.
