SYNOPSIS
Leadership establishes one’s credibility in recognizing steps, processes and strategies achieved with and through people, while confronting the dynamic challenges present. History tells us that success is achieved when changes are present, and the changes are led by individuals with a vision.
A visionary leader is future oriented – someone who develops an exciting picture of what could and what should be, paving the path to see things from multiple points of views and inculcating inspiration to realize the vision.
This lab session is specially designed to help you identify your characteristics of visionary leadership. You will be examining your vision and develop your very own principles of visionary leadership to maintain your vision when confronting situations which can led to lose of the vision.
Would you like to learn what it is all about and how you can realize your vision?
We welcome all suggestions for questions/topics to be discussed during the forum that you think is relevant to the theme. Please e-mail your suggestions to valli@iem.org.my
