Fan Efficiency Grade (FEG) and Fan Motor Efficiency Grade (FMEG) is becoming a trend towards Energy Efficiency
& Conservation in Green Building requirement.
a) International Standard ISO 12759 – Efficiency Classification for Fans
b) The Right Fan Type For The Right Application - To meet ISO 12759 requirement on Efficiency Classification for Fans
Fan Efficiency is not the only factor in Energy Conservation System. Other factors included e.g.:-

Component that increased system resistance and reduce system efficient that should be considered in the initial design stage
This talk will introduce you the latest energy efficiency of fan; the situation and trend of the European Union (EU) and American towards the energy efficiency classification of fans. Other factor’s not considered during the energy efficiency grade for fans eventually will affect the final result and effort of the Energy Consultant.
