How much does it cost? How do you prepare for it? What is an Arbitral Award and how can it be enforced? As basic as these questions may sound, the answers are essential to equip construction industry players with the skills to navigate this formal dispute resolution process. If you would like to know more about arbitration or simply want a refresher on these essentials, come get the answers to these questions and more at a one day course on Arbitration conducted by the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
