SYNOPSIS
The proposed Lot 185, 167, 176 mixed development, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), will be developed on a land area of 4.231 acres, next to KLCC Twin Tower. The mixed development consists of the 56 and 77-storey towers, 6-storey retail podium and 4-6 level basement car park. Upon completion, this development will have total GFA of 4,959,411 sq. feet. Currently, the semi-top down sub-structure construction and the construction of the tower raft foundation is ongoing.
NOTE:
- The visit is strictly limited to 35 participants registered on a “first-come first-served” basis.
- All participants must prepare their own PPE (safety helmet + safety vest + safety shoe) with valid CIDB green card.
