Synopsis

Since 1972, the attainment of high level technical competence and engineering capability has always been the priority for MAS Aerospace Engineering (MAE). Well-equipped engineering facilities located both in Sepang (KLIA) and Subang (SZB), manned by extensively trained and highly skilled personnel, manifests MAE's commitment to excel in its operations. Expansion of capacity over the last 10 years has resulted in 18 bays for wide body and narrow body aircraft within 6 hangars, spread over an area of 120 thousand square meters, and close to 5.0 million commercial airframe maintenance man-hours, making us one of the largest MRO provider in the world.
Engineering & Maintenance Division is part of Malaysia Airlines Berhad.  

Core function of E&M Division:
- Carry out maintenance of own aircrafts
- Offer various maintenance services and component repair & overhaul services to third party aircrafts
