Mr President, may I first congratulate on your re-election and the inspiring address, and then remark on the boldness in your 100k vision. Reaching 100,000 members in five years from the current 20,000 takes an exponential leap. I see such growth rates in Internet-related memberships, but professional membership? I can't think of any. But that doesn't mean you can't create a precedent. I think one needs to radically re-think what IEM stands for. I think one has to conduct an honest appraisal of what members want. Then, let's have a realistic plan to achieve this vision. Implement it. And, monitor its implementation. Even then, failure would not perhaps be in planning, but in falling by the wayside, giving up this bold idea. I offer my help, however limited it may be.
